If your Inquiry is about an older hat that we no longer make, we may not be able to help. We can do our best to help identify a style of hat, but the value depends on many factors such as rarity and condition.
We only refurbish 15X felt and above qualities at our factory, we do not refurbish straw hats. You can take your hat to any Resistol retailer and they will send it to us. To refurbish a hat costs around $150. Go to our retail locator where you can find stores that refurbish on-site.
